  1. With my mac not working, I am not getting a lot done at work. I am not an expert on computers, so I appreciate all the steps on how to fix my computer. Until reading this article I didn’t consider forcing my computer to turn off. I will now hold my power key for 20 seconds instead of just pressing it multiple times.
